Christmas and Holiday Parties
This last year has been a whirl whirlwind. It was my first full year of focusing on SOUNDfonix, so when I did the count of Christmas parties, my heart kind of went into stress-induced palpitations. Ten parties in 6 weeks!! Two weeks in a row with 3 parties each weekend.
I had one Friday with 3 DJs out. And another with 3 DJ + Photo booth parties back to back -- Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Thankfully Sunday was a daytime event. Made for a rough Monday and Tuesday after.
The parties have ranged from a generic year-end celebration to late night ragers with small staffs, tons of memorable moments, and some pretty sweet mixes. When you think of SOUNDfonix, I hope you realize we are more than just a great wedding DJ company, we love Christmas as much as anyone, and more than that, we love a great party.
Setting up for a Christmas party in 43 seconds, this is how I feel the lead up to Christmas feels like. Moving at a faster than humanly possible pace, to get it all done. I'm super excited to be about halfway through Christmas party season, but also dreading the end of Christmas. It always goes by too quickly.
