The Alberta Prairie Rose, is a beautiful and iconic wildflower that grows across Alberta. It is a symbol of our province's rugged beauty and adaptability, often adorning the countryside with its delicate yet striking blooms.
Likewise, the Prairie Rose Experience is perfectly adaptable for any small or medium event up to 150 guests. It includes a live DJ, a simple yet, striking light show that creates a dynamic and captivating dancefloor atmosphere, and plenty of sound to create a great party.
We keep the music upbeat during cocktails, nice and soft at dinner and then turn it up to get the rooming buzzing with great vibes for the party. It'll be a wedding you and your guests will never forget.

Package Includes:
- a full night of music, including cocktail hour, dinner music and open dancing
- Light stand with up to 4 light effects
- a live, interactive DJ until no later than 1am*
- complimentary wireless microphone for speeches
- set up and tear down 2 hours before guests arrive
- travel within Greater Edmonton area**
- price includes a non-refundable 30% reservation fee upon signing of contract
*overtime for DJ is optional and can only be arranged with your DJ the night of, if your venue approves, and is subject to $120/hour (or part thereof) charge due directly to the DJ. The DJ is not obligated to agree to your overtime.
**within Edmonton and surrounding area: St. Albert, Nisku, Leduc, Sherwood Park and St. Albert. Milage outside of these areas is an additional $1.40/km both ways.
Had a great experience with Aaron at Soundfonix from the first encounter to our wedding day. We first reached out to Aaron right before Covid, our wedding plans changed many times and Aaron was supportive and very flexible the whole time. I was quite particular with the music I wanted and Aaron allowed me to make my own playlist and gave me feedback while still ensuring my vision was met. Aarons website was very easy to use and Aaron was very easy to reach and quick to respond with any questions.

We got married on September 5, 2021. This was our third wedding date due to COVID and I cannot say enough how positive our experience with Soundfonix was. Aaron was so responsive, flexible and accommodated our every request. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly by visiting the venue ahead of time, coordinating 3 separate sound setups, and working with our musician and officiant during the ceremony.
